This recipe is easy to make , super healthy (good repartition of all the macros), and perfect for batch-cooking lovers! General info Level: very easy Time: - 5 minutes preparation - 12 hours rest Ingredients needed for your healthy overnight oats For one portion : 50g oats 1 tbsp of chia seeds 1 tsp of vegetal proteins vanilla flavor (mine comes from SYNC ) 1 tsp of vanilla syrup (mine comes from MONIN ) 100ml vegetal milk of your choice (I recommend you pick almond or oat milk or vanilla soy milk) 2,5 tbsp of light yogurt 1/2 banana 1 square of dark chocolate Preparation To make this healthy overnight oats, it's very simple: Start by cutting the banana into small cubes/slices Crush the chocolate square into small chunks In a small jar or an appropriate Tupperware, mix all the ingredients and close the lid.
